What can you expect to happen, when you talk with TCC?

1. You participate in free consultation calls with a TCC Advocate to learn more about how coaching will personally affect you, to clarify your goals, and to discover whether your goals are best achieved through coaching.

2. YOU decide to improve your life by hiring a TCC coach. You will know that using a coach is right for YOU after confirming that the Four Keys to Successful Coaching are in place for YOU. For example, the first Key Condition is that you have at least one Coachable Goal.

3. You pay $349 to participate in the Initial Money-Back Guarantee Period for a minimum of six (6) coaching sessions. You get to experience coaching with a minimum of three different coaches, select your ideal coach, and have three more sessions with your coach.

4. Your Advocate will provide you unpublished tips gained from hundreds of TCC clients about:
........A. What to expect from your three initial coaching sessions.
........B. What to do during the coaching sessions to gain the most from coaching.
........C. How to select the coach who will be the very best suited (ideal) coach for YOU.

5. Your Advocate will research all Member Coaches to personally match you with at least three ideal Member Coaches.

6. Your Advocate will personally talk with each coach chosen to verify their availability and the accuracy of the match with you.

7. You Advocate will send you an e-mail, within 24 hours of payment (except on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays) that will show the names, e-mail addresses, the locations, the telephone numbers, and the pricing structures of each of the three Member Coaches who were hand picked for you.

8. You will receive calls from each of the coaches listed to schedule your coaching sessions, within hours (sometimes minutes) of receiving the e-mail from your Advocate describing the three coaches.

9. You will enjoy a 30-minute (minimum) coaching session with three or more specially selected Member Coaches. (They will be full coaching sessions and will NOT be sales pitches or interviews)

10. After you have experienced full coaching sessions from all three personally matched Member Coaches, you will tell your TCC Advocate which coach you selected as your ideal coach.

11. You will receive a snail mail letter confirming your choice of coaches and the terms of our Money-Back Guarantee.

12. You will receive 3 more coaching sessions of 45 minutes each with the Member Coach you have chosen as your Ideal Coach.

13. You schedule the next block of coaching sessions with your ideal coach (no contract required) at the rates provided to you in the initial e-mail.

14. You continue coaching with your ideal coach on a period-to-period basis, until you decide you have achieved your goals. You may want to add or alter your original coachable goals and may choose to continue coaching until they are also achieved.

The Privacy and Confidential promise of The Coach Connection.

Everything you do with TCC will be kept very private and confidential. Period! We reveal noting about you to anyone. We do not use your information to contact you again, unless you specifically request us to. We have to receive your expressed permission to include you in our Newsletter list, (where you voluntarily opt in) and we immediately unsubscribe you at your request. We do not provide any information about you to anyone, unless you provide TCC with your specifically expressed permission. (We had to obtain specific permission to provide the many testimonials, published on this site and elsewhere.) We do not even reveal if we have talked to you, let alone being one of our clients. If anyone should inquire about your contacting TCC, we will only tell him or her that maybe you have contacted us or maybe you haven't.

In addition, what goes on between your TCC Member Coach and you is so confidential and private that the only way anyone will know about it is if you tell them. In fact, your TCC Member Coach cannot even reveal to TCC what transpires between you two with the exception of scheduling and coaching fee matters, which we have to know about, because that is our job.

TCC keeps your information and your involvement in life coaching secret. We are proud of what our clients accomplish through life coaching, and we love to brag about you, which we do on our TCC Clients Bragging Site. But we know that you must have total control and confidence in the secrecy of what you do with TCC and transpires between you and your TCC Member Coach for you to achieve your coachable goals on your terms.

How does TCC perform its custom personal matching?

During your consultations, your TCC Advocate will discuss with you where you are in your life, your personal desires and what goals you want to get to achieve. Your Advocate will use this information, your personality, his or her personal knowledge of the Member Coaches, the detailed ideal client descriptions, and client testimonials of TCC Member Coaches to personally select at least three Member Coaches, who are ideal for you. Your Advocate will find the three Member Coaches who described you as their ideal client but they just didn't know your name. This process may take from one to two hours.

How does TCC regulate the fees of Member Coaches?

TCC regularly conducts price checks of its Member Coaches and compares the results to what they charge TCC clients. Only one Member Coach has been found to charge TCC clients more (this coach was terminated) and approximately 30% were found to charge TCC clients less than their regular clients.

Are you required to sign a contract?

No! You can engage coaching on a period-to-period basis without signing any contracts.

How do you benefit from TCC's unique custom designed database?

You will be assured that the matching process will be easier, smoother, and more accurate, because all factors important to you will be considered, and are readily available.

Why does TCC handle all of the money matters?

You pay TCC because you are a client of TCC. TCC is fully responsible for your success. TCC can make mid stream coaching changes to suit you, because TCC handles the money. You will receive pure, clean, and totally concentrated coaching from TCC's Member Coaches, because they are relieved of all business activities and responsibilities.

Why doesn't TCC publish the names or information about its Member Coaches?

Life coaching is not a competitive sport. You will want your life coach to focus entirely ON YOU (and not what other coaches have said). Only you and your TCC Advocate will know who the three or more Member Coaches are that you will engage in coaching sessions. You will be asked not to divulge their names to the other coaches, so that personal competition does not occur, and you get the best effort from each coach. TCC agreed not to reveal Member Coaches names or the names of applying coaches, without their expressed permission unless TCC is recommending Member Coaches to you, TCC's client. TCC honors its word. This way TCC can have open and candid communications with coaches, which results in higher quality matches for you.

Evaluating and selecting coaches by their web sites is an extremely difficult thing to do. The degree to which the web site itself is able to impress, the ease of navigation, the clarity of the text, and the quality of the site will greatly influence a visitors evaluation of a coach. Yet, these factors have virtually nothing to do with the quality of the coach or the quality of the client/coach fit. In addition, hiring coaches based upon an list of qualifications will also be very misleading. Impressive qualifications are important when hiring experts (consultants), but not coaches, because coaches will not provide you with expert advise.
