The Coach Connection Confidentiality Promise

Everything you do with The Coach Connection will be kept very confidential! Period! We will not even reveal that you contacted us for our free consultation, and we will certainly not reveal what was discussed. Our confidentiality gets stronger. Your TCC Member Coach cannot reveal what transpires between you two to anyone else in TCC, including your TCC Advocate, except for session schedules and coaching fee matters. The only way anyone will discover what transpired between you and The Coach Connection is that you must tell them yourself.

Complete confidentiality between the client and life coach is critical for real life coaching to transpire. We know that and protect your confidentiality, because we want you to have the security to experience real life coaching.

At The Coach Connection our Only Master is YOU-OUR Client.

Note to corporate executives, managers, and employees:

The Coach Connection will NEVER reveal anything to anyone involving coaching between a Coach Connection Client and The Coach Connection, including Coach Connection Member Coaches, No Matter Who Pays For The Coaching. We will NOT breach any confidentiality even if our client is your employee and instructed us to reveal to you what transpired. We are completely loyal to our clients only.

The Coach Connection refuses to be a part of Corporate Coaching Games

The Coach Connection will NOT participate in the common corporate practice of hiring someone who claims to be a “coach” to coach an employee so the supposed “coach” will reveal inside secrets about the employee to be used by the corporation against the employee. We do not consider any form of such activity to be life coaching. People who reveal what transpires during their supposed “Coaching” activities ARE NOT LIFE COACHES, and they severely harm their clients, they destroy the life coaching process and they damage the life coaching industry, all at the same time.

Unfortunately, too many employees have been subjected to this dishonest activity that was called “Coaching.” It was not real life coaching, and never will be. We hope that you will not feel that real life coaching is like what you were forced to endure as a corporate employee.

We do not even reveal that you are our client

If you pay for your own coaching, we will not even acknowledge that you are or are not a Coach Connection client. If someone asks if you are our client, we will not lie. Instead, we respond, maybe you are, or maybe you are not.
