One 39 year old young lady had been been a real estate agent for the past two years, while also being a mom to two children, ages 9 and 12, and a wife to an manager husband. She handled residential real estate in the Central Florida city she lived in. She had taken a number of "Real Estate" work shops, and read several "How To" books. She felt despondent, because she thought she knew the steps to succeed, but couldn't seem to execute them. She felt like she was spinning her wheels, and the future looked darker with the influx of so many new agents every day. She found that her frustrations began to carry over to home and personal lives.

Experience!

Your TCC Real Estate Coach will be extremely experienced. Your coach will have from six to eleven years of actual real estate coaching experience, and their clients have achieved exceptional goals.

Your TCC Real Estate Coach will also have from nine to twenty three years of high level real estate experience to use as a foundation to understand your perspectives and goals.

Training!

Your TCC Real Estate Coach will have from two to four years of specialized coach training, from recognized and certified coach training schools. In addition, your TCC Real Estate Coach will probably have a college degree, and most will have, at least, a Masters.

Coach Credentials!

Many TCC Member Real Estate Coaches have at least one coaching certification from recognized coach certification bodies, including the International Coaching Federation (ICF). But does it matter to YOU if coaches are certified?

The last phase of the acceptance process to become an active Member Coach is that each coach must undergo a lengthy personal coaching session or sessions to discover the detailed descriptions of their ideal clients. This detailed information is maintained in TCC's unique and specially designed database, for easy retrieval.
