Story 128
One 39 year old young lady had been been a real
estate agent for the past two years, while also being a mom to two children,
ages 9 and 12, and a wife to an manager husband. She handled residential
real estate in the Central Florida city she lived in. She had taken a
number of "Real Estate" work shops, and read several "How
To" books. She felt despondent, because she thought she knew the
steps to succeed, but couldn't seem to execute them. She felt like she
was spinning her wheels, and the future looked darker with the influx
of so many new agents every day. She found that her frustrations began
to carry over to home and personal lives.
She began questioning her abilities and
sometimes her sanity, because she continued to languish, no matter how
many hours she put in, which then increased her sense of guilt for neglecting
her family. She found herself in a vicious circle. She sought help from
other agents, but they were appeared too busy with their own careers to
really help her.
She noticed one agent of only one year
who appeared to arrive on the scene in full stride. This agent not only
reached the top level in listings and sales in no time, but she did so
while continuing to be an active soccer mom and mother of four. She appeared
to handle the whole mess with ease. She asked her one day how she did

Your TCC Real Estate Coach will be extremely experienced. Your coach will
have from six to eleven years of actual real estate coaching experience,
and their clients have achieved exceptional goals.
Your TCC Real Estate Coach will also have from nine to twenty three
years of high level real estate experience to use as a foundation
to understand your perspectives and goals.
Training!
Your TCC Real Estate Coach will have from two to four years of specialized
coach training, from recognized and certified coach training schools.
In addition, your TCC Real Estate Coach will probably have a college degree,
and most will have, at least, a Masters.

Many TCC Member Real Estate Coaches have at least one coaching certification
from recognized coach certification bodies, including the International
