What qualifications can you expect from your TCC Member ADD Coach?

Experience!

Your TCC ADD Coach will be extremely experienced. Your coach will have from five to eleven years of actual ADD coaching experience, and their clients have achieved exceptional goals.

Most TCC Member ADD Coaches have ADD themselves. They have converted their ADD into a wonderful coaching career. They will easily communicate with you and will relate to your special ADD gifts an challenges.

Training!

Your TCC ADD Coach will have from two years to four years of specialized coach training, and/or ADD coach training from recognized and certified coach training schools. In addition, your TCC ADD Coach will have a college degree, and many will have advanced degrees, specialty degrees or Ph.D.'s

Coach Credentials!

Many TCC Member ADD Coaches have at least one coaching certification from recognized coach certification bodies, including the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Trustworthiness and Integrity!

Every TCC ADD coach has proven to be extremely trustworthy and has displayed the highest integrity. In fact, the trust factor is the most critical and important trait of all TCC ADD Coaches.

How do you know that your TCC ADD Coach will be so well qualified?

All TCC Member ADD Coaches must undergo a rigorous multi-phased screening process to be accepted as an active Member Coach. To date, only 156 coaches have been accepted from over 1,150 applicants. This detailed information is maintained in TCC's unique and specially designed database, for easy retrieval. TCC matches people with the active career coaches who had described them as their ideal clients, but didn't know their name.

An actual example of an ideal client description for one active TCC Career Coach is as follows: One TCC Member ADD Coach is passionate about coaching adults (21 and older) with ADD and/or ADHD (whether they acknowledge having ADD or not). She assists clients with ADD to tap into their creative potential, to acknowledge, to accept, and take full advantage of their ADD gifts and blessings. She assists adults with ADD to achieve their personal, business, and family goals by taking full advantage of their ADD gifts.

The Special TCC Protection Program!

You will always be a client of TCC.

TCC does not broker you or refer you to coaches and ask for a release. Instead you will always pay TCC and be a client of TCC's. TCC will watch over the entire coaching process to make sure you are completely happy with your coaching and the progress towards your goals. TCC will, in effect, be your insurance protector to make sure you succeed. TCC can talk to coaches on your behalf, or replace coaches with new Member Coaches with your full acceptance, should your Member Coach no longer provide you the coaching you expect and deserve.

TCC can also connect you with other Member ADD Coaches to assist you to accomplish new coachable goals that are different than your original goals.

Everything you do with TCC will be kept very private and confidential. Period! We reveal noting about you to anyone. We do not use your information to contact you again, unless you specifically request us to. We have to receive your expressed permission to include you in our Newsletter list, (where you voluntarily opt in) and we immediately unsubscribe you at your request. We do not provide any information about you to anyone, unless you provide TCC with your specifically expressed permission. (We had to obtain specific permission to provide the many testimonials, published on this site and elsewhere.) We do not even reveal if we have talked to you, let alone being one of our clients. If anyone should inquire about your contacting TCC, we will only tell him or her that maybe you have contacted us or maybe you haven't.
